1 teaspoon honey

1/2 cup mixed berries

1 tablespoon slivered almonds (optional)

1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese and honey for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with fruit and a mixture of nuts if desired. Serve cold
  3. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
