Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Cinnamon roll overnight oats are full of sweet cinnamon flavor while giving you a boost of protein and fiber for a easy and healthy breakfast treat! 

Ingredients

Scale

½ cup Rolled Oats
½ cup Milk
½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For the Cinnamon Swirl (optional):
1 teaspoon butter (melted)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix or shake well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. To add the cinnamon swirl, melt the butter in a small dish, then stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Swirl into the top of the oats either before refrigerating or just before eating.
