This homemade naan bread pizza makes homemade pizza nights a BREEZE! Try out these three topping ideas for easy and fresh pizza night ANY night of the week!
¼cupcrushed pineapple canned in 100% juice or fresh
For Caprese Pizza
4tablespoonpizza sauce optional
4ouncesfresh mozzarellacut in half sub the shredded mozzarella for the fresh and use as much as you like!
1roma tomato cut into thin slices
10-15fresh basil leaves
For Meat Lovers Pizza
3slicescooked baconcrumbled
3sliceslunchmeat hamdiced
8pepperonis
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the two slices of naan bread on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.
Bake the naan slices for 2-3 minutes to crisp the top up just slightly.
Remove the naan from the oven. Add sauce, cheese, and then toppings of choice, depending on the topping combination you are using. (NOTE: For Caprese Pizza, do not add the basil until the last 2 minutes of baking).
Bake the pizza in the 400 degree preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are as crispy as you like!
