Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces naan bread or 4 if using mini naan
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded

For Hawaiian Pizza

  • 10 slices red onion
  • 3 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple canned in 100% juice or fresh

For Caprese Pizza

  • 4 tablespoon pizza sauce optional
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cut in half sub the shredded mozzarella for the fresh and use as much as you like!
  • 1 roma tomato cut into thin slices
  • 10-15 fresh basil leaves

For Meat Lovers Pizza

  • 3 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 3 slices lunchmeat ham diced
  • 8 pepperonis

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place the two slices of naan bread on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the naan slices for 2-3 minutes to crisp the top up just slightly.
  • Remove the naan from the oven. Add sauce, cheese, and then toppings of choice, depending on the topping combination you are using. (NOTE: For Caprese Pizza, do not add the basil until the last 2 minutes of baking).
  • Bake the pizza in the 400 degree preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are as crispy as you like!
