Equipment

  • Mug or small dish (microwave safe)
  • Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Flour white whole wheat, all purpose, or whole wheat
  • 1.5 tablespoon Cocoa Powder Cacao or regular cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar any granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Milk Any plant based milk
  • 1 tablespoon Oil a light tasting oil like canola, avocado, or light olive
  • 1 teaspoon Chocolate Chips Dark Chocolate or Dairy Free

Instructions
 

  • Spray or rub a small dish or ramekin with cooking oil.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, and sugar to dish. Mix Well.
  • Add milk and oil. Stir until well combined and no dry pieces remain.
  • Mix in 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips. Top with additional if desired.
  • Microwave for 45-90 seconds. Only bake until the edges begin to pull away from the sides. Avoid overcooking as this will dry out the brownie.
  • Let cool slightly and top as desired or eat as is.
