3tablespoonMilkAny plant based milk
1tablespoonOila light tasting oil like canola, avocado, or light olive
1teaspoonChocolate ChipsDark Chocolate or Dairy Free
Instructions
Spray or rub a small dish or ramekin with cooking oil.
Add flour, cocoa powder, and sugar to dish. Mix Well.
Add milk and oil. Stir until well combined and no dry pieces remain.
Mix in 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips. Top with additional if desired.
Microwave for 45-90 seconds. Only bake until the edges begin to pull away from the sides. Avoid overcooking as this will dry out the brownie.
Let cool slightly and top as desired or eat as is.
