Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix or shake well until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with additional walnuts, raisins, and shredded carrots if desired.
Store for up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
