Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Plain, non-fat
  • cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch allspice optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix or shake well until thoroughly combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with additional walnuts, raisins, and shredded carrots if desired.
  • Store for up to 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
