Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cup milk
  • ½ cup low sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: walnuts and extra maple syrup drizzle or brown sugar sprinkle

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except for the optional toppings) in a jar and stir, or cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
