Cookies and cream overnight oats are quick, easy, and perfect for a sweet breakfast on the go. Each bite is infused with Oreo cookie flavor and plenty of fiber and protein to power your morning.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cup ultra-filtered skim milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup low or no-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Oreo cookie crushed
  • 1-2 teaspoons white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, chia seeds, crushed Oreos, white chocolate chips, milk, and yogurt in a container or jar. Close with a lid and shake until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Top with additional crushed Oreos or white chocolate chips before serving.

Notes

These overnight oats need to sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but are best if they can sit overnight.
