Optional: ⅓ cup of crushed nuts1 tablespoon of chia seeds, or ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Prepare a baking sheet with a layer of parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Spread the Greek yogurt in an even layer on the parchment paper. You can make this as thin or thick as you like. I like to spread it about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
Sprinkle the berries, pretzels, and optional toppings over the Greek yogurt, gently patting any large pieces into the yogurt if needed.
Freeze the bark for at least 2 hours, or until everything is set. Gently break it apart into pieces, then store the Greek yogurt bark in a freezer bag or freezer safe container for up to 3 weeks.
