Welcome!

I’m Kelsey—a registered dietitian, mom, writer, and believer that you should never have to choose between delicious food and feeling your best! If you also follow every meal with a "little something sweet," you're in good company!

I got tired of healthy eating being treated like it requires specialty ingredients, hours of prep, and a bigger grocery budget. It doesn't. Everything here is built from simple, affordable ingredients you can grab at any grocery store, and most recipes are under 30 minutes, high in protein and fiber, and family-approved.
